RGMH Kitchen & Bath Restoration provides kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, commercial renovation, and custom surfaces installation services in South Florida. All services are subject to a written contract executed between RGMH and the client prior to commencement of work.

Project timelines, material costs, and final scope are estimates only until a formal written proposal is accepted. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, unforeseen structural issues, and client-requested changes during the project.

Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided verbally, via email, or through this website are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract. RGMH reserves the right to revise estimates based on final measurements, material selections, and site conditions discovered during the project.

Change orders requested by the client after contract execution may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All change orders must be approved in writing by both parties before work proceeds.

RGMH Kitchen & Bath Restoration operates as a licensed contractor in the State of Florida. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local building codes and permit requirements. Clients are encouraged to verify current licensing status with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

RGMH maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees and subcontractors working on client projects. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to project commencement.

RGMH Kitchen & Bath Restoration warrants all labor and workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified in the written contract. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship only.

Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, appliances, and surfaces are separate from RGMH's labor warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. RGMH will assist clients in processing valid manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RGMH Kitchen & Bath Restoration's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to renovation services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the applicable contract.

RGMH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or cost of substitute services, even if RGMH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
